Owner of Raven SAGE, a sweet little wellness studio in the heart of Revelstoke.
With over 9 years of experience in hands on healing, my practice has developed to include modalities like myofascial release, lomi lomi, deep tissue and facial massage.
I have confidence and strengths with using tools like hot stones, cups and guasha, among many others.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher and Energy Worker with a skillset gained by training in CBT and DBT, I bring a unique touch to the practice of Massage Therapy.
I go beyond the standard practice of manual therapy, and offer an empathetic, holistic, healing approach that clients have reviewed as "magic" and I wouldnt have it any other way. As well as a passionate attitude toward biomechanics and the science of why we are the way we are, I love sharing with clients the anatomy and the reasons.
Sort of my version of "teach a man to fish".
I am a proud mom and loyal friend.
I enjoy snowboarding and dirtbiking, mtb and mountaineering. Camping and hockey, turning wrenches and trips to Long Beach.
In my down time, when there is a moment of that, I truly enjoy listening to Vinyl in my living room with a true crime novel and a cozy blanket. Or playing a game of cards with my sons.
Welcome to Raven SAGE Studio Wellness.
Indulge in Serenity right here in Revy, with yours truly.
